At Exim, quality is a continuous, critical goal we strive to achieve for every product, every process, at every stage, with every team member, all the time.
We use only certified ingredients in our products, starting with tomato paste from the nearby world-renowned Sinaloa and other valleys. We do not use preservatives (unless requested and/or approved by a customer). From arrival quality verification of raw materials we then turn to in-process quality assurance. Every batch is analyzed before advancing to the aseptic filler and there too is subject to rigorous verifications. After production, each and every lot is automatically subjected to a warehouse period for microbiological testing in our own lab before shipment.
By combining the benefits of some of the best-known brands in aseptic technology machinery with the constant training and supervision by and of our people teams we are able to meet or exceed the expectations of our customers.
Our team leaders have been certified in food processing by different programs such as University of Arizona/FDA´s Better Process Control School, Sonora´s Technological Institute (ITSON) , and INMACOPRAL Institute, among others. We are in the process of establishing HACCP in our plant in addition to complying with other internal and external quality assurance protocols and requirements.
